Founded by professional rugby player Dmitri Arhip, the health spa was born out of a need for accessible recovery solutions. Dmitri, a powerhouse of rugby who played for Ospreys, Blues, and currently the Dragons, drew inspiration from his personal recovery journey.

After grueling matches and intense training sessions, Dmitri would travel two hours to the valleys for cold water therapy after sauna sessions. This passion for optimising recovery led to the creation of a space where sauna and cold plunge therapy could exist under one roof—bringing elite-level recovery techniques to everyone.
